Before starting any energy therapy using Ten Sense products, please read this section to the end and use it as a reference when the need arises.

Warning: If you currently are on any medication for mental well-being, releasing trapped trauma and elevating your frequency set point most likely will cause an imbalance in the dosage of the particular medication you are taking. Please do not assume using our products as a form of therapy would not cause this imbalance. We strongly recommend consulting with your doctor beforehand. From our experiences, energy therapy is like any other form of therapy and this consideration that must be taken seriously.

13 Essential Energy Therapy Protocols and Tips:

  1. It's important to know that your inner being gives the permission for the stones and crystals to do the energy work that is needed at the moment. You are always in control of the process. Please remember you are releasing trapped emotions that have been stored in your cellular memory and not creating them! 
     

  2. Set a clear and focused intention using a positive affirmation. "I let go of what is holding me back" is a good one. As an example, I will use “I am letting go of the need to people please”. 
     

  3. If you are working with our bracelets, wear them on your left wrist, this is your intuitive and creative, more receptive side. At any time during the therapy take a break if you need to. You can always replace the bracelet(s) you are working with with something grounding,  or uplifting to balance your frequency before continuing the therapy. Use your intuition to decide when the therapy is done.
     

  4. I would not suggest wearing more than 2 or 3 at one time on the left wrist during your therapy. If there is any indecision, I can help you choose which ones to use.  Meditating with our Third Eye pillow should be a good combination to start to understand how energy therapy works for you.
     

  5. While using an intention like the people-pleasing example I mentioned, a knowing of something like fear of rejection, a lack of self-worth and self-confidence, or memories of childhood experiences that make you feel unworthy of being your authentic self might surface. This would be the cause and people-pleasing would be the resulting symptom. The cause can even go back further to a previous life with the healing can beginning in this life.
     

  6. If at any time the therapy makes you feel agitated, you might need to attune more slowly. Use your intuition to decide if you need to take the bracelet(s) off and put them back on one by one every 30 minutes or so until this stops. Developing your intuition is important and empowering! It is a good way to consciously be aware you are connected to your higher self and are not being guided by ego.
     

  7. If you want to wear them at night because when you are asleep you are the most receptive, but you think it might be keeping you awake you can put it near your head/pillow in your auric field rather than on your body directly.
     

  8. Dreams can be vivid as they are symbolic of the energy you are releasing. If they are negative and are disturbing you when you wake up, take the bracelets off and do uplifting things like meditation, walk in nature, take a Himalayan sea salt bath, listen to music you like, or sage smudge your living areas. You can put the bracelets back on or use the pillow again when you are ready to continue the therapy setting a new intention based on what you have learned. 
     

  9. Journaling helps you find perspective and the origin or cause of a symptom. If it is like the example of people pleasing I chose, you can prepare to work on your second, third and fourth chakras in order next to heal these experiences and emotions if you choose to move forward. I encourage you to journal your dreams recording the essence of the emotion and theme to receive valuable clarity.
     

  10. Adding things like meditation, visualization, listening to any healing music frequencies, sound bowls, using positive affirmations, being mindful, breathwork, and practicing gratitude, all help this process. 
     

  11. Cleanse and recharge your bracelets and your Third Eye pillow by putting them in Himalayan sea salt or on our selenite plate at least once a week for a few hours. Do not wash your pillow especially if it is scented, simply wipe it with a damp cloth. The sandalwood and cedarwood essential oil sprays are antimicrobial if you desire to use a topical spray. Do not use an antimicrobial chemical on your pillow!
     

  12. You can use Himalayan sea salt to bathe with at least once a week to cleanse your energetic field. At least once a week during therapy sage smudge your home setting the intention to clear out the negative residual gunk you have released.
     

  13. As always but particularly during the therapy, get enough rest and drink lots of water.
